Shipping and Returns
Our products originate from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Whenever possible, our items are shipped using our preferred courier: FedEx Air. FedEx Ground and Canada Post are options as well. We will prepare a shipping quote for your approval; should the cost of shipping be prohibitive to you, we will cancel your purchase and issue you a hassle-free refund. You may also wish to arrange alternate pick-up or delivery instructions; just let us know what is most convenient.
Items shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Artwork is insured by George Zimbel Photography while in transit.
Up until the point at which you confirm the shipping fees, you can cancel your order at no cost. Once the shipping process has begun, the return terms and conditions apply.
Arrangements for all shipping must be made via George Zimbel Photography to ensure the artwork is adequately insured during transit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on available inventory and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
All returns to George Zimbel Photography must make use of the trackable shipping service used for the initial shipping.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there are any conditions that are not satisfactory, or in the unlikely event of damage, please notify George Zimbel Photography within 24 hours.
Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receiving your delivery.
Due to the irreplaceable nature of the historical artworks we offer, our items are at risk of depreciating in value once removed from their packing materials. Therefore, should you wish to return an item(s) for any reason, you must initiate the return process within 5 business days of receiving delivery of your shipment. The return policy countdown commences upon confirmed delivery to the purchaser. No refunds will be processed by George Zimbel Photography if 5 or more days have passed since the delivery of your artwork.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used in the transaction or other original payment method.
Please note that any duties, taxes, or other costs associated with a return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges/Replacements (If Applicable)
Regarding contemporary or non-unique artworks, we will only replace your product if it is damaged in shipping. Should you need to initiate the exchange process, please email us at email@example.com. If, upon arrival, the parcel appears damaged or tampered with to such a degree that the contents are likely damaged, please refuse delivery. Please photograph the damaged parcel and send us a .jpg to help us assess the issue. After the parcel is returned, George Zimbel Photography will initiate the delivery of a replacement photograph. George Zimbel Photography will cover the cost of shipping the replacement photograph and will be responsible for filing any insurance claims required.
